At Thrivewithhollie, I help children and young people aged 7-18 build confidence, resilience and lifelong emotional skills — using proven and research-based tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the insight that comes from years of working closely with young minds.

With experience in education and coaching, I understand how emotional wellbeing directly impacts a child’s ability to learn, grow, and thrive. That’s why I combine classroom experience with evidence-based CBT strategies to offer coaching sessions that are both supportive and practical.

 

Through 1:1 coaching, I help young people build self-confidence, strengthen their resilience, and feel empowered to manage life’s challenges with clarity and calm.

Whether your child is struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety or finding it difficult to manage stress, these coaching sessions offer a safe, calm space to explore thoughts, develop coping strategies, and build emotional strength.

Each program is tailored to the individual's needs, and designed to help them understand themselves better, gain confidence, and face challenges with greater calm and clarity.
